If you would have asked me this question just 3 years ago I would have thought this was bs. I had no clue how to love myself and even less clue of just how crucial this is in order to feel peacefulness and confidence. So let me save you some time and heart ache:

5 ways to love yourself :

  1. Be your greatest Investment. It’s time to stop stressing over all the things you think should be, do and have. It’s time instead for you to blossom, and shine. Show yourself appreciation by getting back to the authentic you. Get excited about what makes your heart pound...align to your purpose.

  2. Create Space in Your Life - For YOU! reduce stress and overwhelm by creating quiet moments in your day that allow you to move at your natural pace. Take some time in the mornings to do something just for you.

  3. Tell yourself that you are enough as many times as it takes for you to believe it.

  4. Take a time out. You have the choice to take some time out for yourself to figure out if you are on the right path or not. Have you ever stopped and questioned your life choices? Each day is a new opportunity for change

  5. Meditate -learn the healing powers of breath work and mediation to facilitate healing in your life.
